At Green Dynasty Lawn LLC, we take pride in the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our clients. If you are not completely satisfied with the service you have received, we offer a structured refund process as outlined below.

 

Service Refund Conditions
Non-Completion of Service: If we are unable to complete a service due to circumstances under our control, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made for that specific service.
Quality Concerns: If our work does not meet the agreed-upon standards as detailed in the service agreement, clients must report the issue within 48 hours after the service is rendered. We will first attempt to re-perform the service at no additional cost. If re-performance does not resolve the issue, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.
Prepaid Services: For services paid in advance, if you cancel the service at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee as described in the service agreement.

 

Product Refunds
Damaged or Defective Products: If any products installed by our company are found to be defective or become damaged due to a fault in installation, we will replace the product and/or provide a refund for the cost of the product and installation.
Returns of Undamaged Goods: We generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for undamaged products that have been approved and accepted at the time of installation.
